Terms of Service

By accessing FirstLine™ Verification, starting the Roblox OAuth flow, or completing verification, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the verification service.

FirstLine™ Verification is an account-linking and community-access service used by the FirstLine™ Discord community. Its purpose is to confirm control of a Roblox account, connect that Roblox identity to a Discord account, grant configured Discord roles and access, and synchronize the verified Roblox username to the Discord nickname.

You may use the service only if you are permitted to use Roblox and Discord under their respective rules and under applicable law. If consent from a parent or legal guardian is required where you live, you must have that consent before using the service.

You may only verify a Roblox account that you own or are authorized to use. You must not impersonate another person, knowingly provide false information, attempt to link another person’s Roblox account, or misuse another person’s Discord account.

Verification uses the official Roblox OAuth authorization flow. The application requests only the identity scopes needed for verification, currently openid and profile. Roblox authentication occurs on Roblox-controlled pages. FirstLine™ does not ask you to send your Roblox password, .ROBLOSECURITY cookie, email verification codes, two-factor authentication codes, authenticator codes, or recovery codes to the Discord bot or to FirstLine™ staff.

When you authorize the profile scope, Roblox may provide identity information such as your Roblox user ID, username, display name, profile URL, account creation information, and avatar/profile image. FirstLine™ uses this information only as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary to complete and maintain verification.

A successful verification may remove the unverified/join role, grant configured verified roles, unlock server permissions or channels, create a verification log for authorized staff, and change your Discord nickname to the configured FirstLine™ format using your verified Roblox username. Verification does not guarantee permanent access to any Discord role, channel, feature, or community service.

A Roblox account that is already recorded as actively verified may not be used for another active FirstLine™ verification. If you believe an account was linked incorrectly, compromised, or linked without permission, contact FirstLine™ support so staff can review and, where appropriate, remove the active verification record.

Authorized FirstLine™ staff may unverify an account, remove verification roles, restore the unverified/join role, reset a synchronized nickname, or otherwise restrict access when reasonably necessary for account-security concerns, moderation, duplicate or incorrect verification, abuse prevention, server administration, or compliance with these Terms. Unverification removes the active mapping from the bot verification store.

You must not attempt to bypass, exploit, overload, reverse-engineer for abusive purposes, automate abusive requests against, disrupt, or interfere with the verification service or OAuth flow. You must not use the service to impersonate others, evade moderation, gain unauthorized access, test stolen credentials, distribute malicious links or software, or violate Roblox, Discord, or applicable law.

Use of the service is also subject to the FirstLine™ Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what Discord and Roblox information is processed, why it is used, how active verification records are stored, how staff logs are used, and how to request removal of an active verification. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy address the same data-processing issue, the Privacy Policy controls that data-processing description.

The service depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Roblox, Discord, and the application hosting provider. Your use of Roblox and Discord remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and enforcement. FirstLine™ Verification is an independent community verification service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Verification may temporarily fail or become unavailable because of maintenance, software errors, network issues, Roblox or Discord outages, OAuth changes, hosting issues, security measures, or other events outside FirstLine™ control. FirstLine™ may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the verification service when reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FirstLine™ provides the verification service without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FirstLine™ is not responsible for losses caused solely by Roblox, Discord, internet, hosting, third-party outages, unauthorized use of a user’s own accounts, or events outside FirstLine™ reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

FirstLine™ may update these Terms when the verification service, legal requirements, security practices, Roblox OAuth requirements, or server operations change. The Terms page will show the current version and last-updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.

Questions about these Terms, verification errors, account-linking disputes, or requests to remove an active verification should be submitted through the FirstLine™ Discord support/ticket system. Staff can review the active Discord-to-Roblox verification record and take appropriate action.
