This Privacy Policy applies to FirstLine™ Verification when you connect a Roblox account to a Discord account, use the public verification website, or complete the Roblox OAuth authorization flow.

The service processes your Discord user ID, Discord username, server membership information needed to grant or remove roles, server join time used in verification logs, and the nickname/role state needed to complete or reverse verification.

Using the openid and profile OAuth scopes, Roblox may provide your Roblox user ID, username, display name, profile URL, account creation information, and avatar/profile image. Your Roblox user ID is used as the stable account identifier because usernames and display names can change.

OAuth access tokens are used transiently to request the authenticated Roblox identity needed for the verification session. FirstLine™ does not intentionally store Roblox OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens in verifiedUsers.json. FirstLine™ never asks you to provide your Roblox password, .ROBLOSECURITY cookie, email verification code, two-factor authentication code, authenticator code, or recovery code to the Discord bot.

Information is used to confirm account ownership, prevent duplicate or impersonated verification, save the active Discord-to-Roblox verification mapping, assign or remove configured Discord roles, synchronize the verified Roblox username to the Discord nickname, display the verification result, and provide staff with verification-management information.

Successful verifications are sent to the configured private or staff-access Discord verification log channel. A verification log can include the linked Discord account, linked Roblox account, Roblox avatar, Roblox profile link, Roblox user ID, Discord user ID, and the time the member joined the server. Authorized staff may use the log to manage or revoke verification.

The active verification mapping is stored in the bot verification data store until the account is unverified, the record is removed by authorized staff, or the service is otherwise reset. Unverification removes the active record from verifiedUsers.json. Historical Discord log messages can remain according to server moderation/logging practices until they are removed by authorized staff.

FirstLine™ does not sell verification information. The service relies on Discord for server interactions, Roblox for OAuth and public profile identity, and the application hosting provider for operation of the website and bot. Those third parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

FirstLine™ uses Roblox OAuth rather than requesting Roblox login credentials directly and limits stored verification data to information needed for account linking and administration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep their Roblox and Discord accounts protected and report suspected unauthorized verification to support.

You can choose not to complete verification. If you want an active FirstLine™ verification removed or believe the wrong account is linked, contact FirstLine™ staff through the Discord support/ticket system. Authorized staff can unverify the account, remove the active verification record, remove verification roles, and restore the unverified/join state.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the verification service, data practices, security requirements, or third-party platform requirements change. The current version and last-updated date are shown on the Privacy page.
